We inform users that sending or making available your own photographs will automatically entail the concession to Bexpo S.r.l. (Italian Tax Id n. 03831551209), free of charge, without limits of time and territory:

• The total consent pursuant to art. 10 Italian Civil Code and art. 96 L. n. 633/1941 (Italian Copyright Law) to publish in all and any media and platform also for promotional and commercial purposes your own image and of other persons portrayed, with the User's responsibility to obtain the consent of the latter with express prohibition to portrait minors;

• a non-exclusive license for the publication in all and any media and platform, as well as for the use of the same photographs for promotional and commercial purposes

It is understood that the photographs will be used by Bexpo in such a way as not to prejudice the honor, reputation or even the decorum of the people portrayed and may also be stored in the archives of the Company for any future publication and use.
