1 million meters woven weekly; 7,500 orders shipped annually; 3,000 satisfied clients. This is Furlanis by numbers, one of the many Italian excellences, leader in textile manufacturing. A small business started over 40 years ago, which has now become an important company with 50 employees. The entire supply chain takes place in their factory in Cavaglià (Biella).
Ribbons are made of the highest quality materials. Yarns of linen, jute, lamé, polyester and monofilaments are warped and woven in tapes, nets and ropes, which are then dyed, printed, embroidered, ironed and packed by workers. Ribbons are used to embellish funeral decorations, floral compositions, wreaths and pillows. They are available in various materials, including biological ones, colors, sizes and designs, neutral or decorated with different printing techniques.
Furlanis at Tanexpo will also present the XL200 printer to allow florists customize satin ribbons, funeral ribbons and adhesive labels.
